Keeping Your Laurentii Thriving
Most of our products will be shipped via Fed Ex,DX or DHL, however, for some we will deliver ourselves providing the recipient is local to our area.
We deliver where possible to most of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the following postcodes IV, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21-25, BF1).
It is our aim to deliver packages within 5 days of ordering. In a regular climate deliveries will be faster than this, however, a worst case scenario is important to understand.
We can not guarantee a time of delivery or accept liabilities for packages lost or damaged when left outside your address.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bellr.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.>
