Care Instructions

The Calathea lancifolia is known for its particular needs, but with a little extra attention, you can keep this beauty flourishing:

  • Light: Bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid harsh, direct sun which can scorch the leaves.
  • Water: Water consistently when the top inch of soil dries out. Don't let it sit in soggy soil, as this can lead to root rot. Use filtered or rainwater whenever possible to avoid brown leaf edges.
  • Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Regular misting, a pebble tray filled with water, or a humidifier are all helpful. Grouping your Calathea lancifolia with other humidity-loving plants can also create a beneficial microclimate.
  • Toxicity: Non-toxic to pets and humans.

Most of our products will be shipped via Fed Ex,DX or DHL, however, for some we will deliver ourselves providing the recipient is local to our area.

We deliver where possible to most of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the following postcodes IV, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21-25, BF1).

Delivery Times:

It is our aim to deliver packages within 5 days of ordering. In a regular climate deliveries will be faster than this, however, a worst case scenario is important to understand.

We can not guarantee a time of delivery or accept liabilities for packages lost or damaged when left outside your address.

Damages & Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bellr.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.>
